Capital Family Practice is closed for business starting 06/18/2020 at Noon.

 

Dr. Kathleen Curtis will resume patient care at Prima Medicine starting 07/07/2020. I will be accepting most major insurances. I will continue to offer the same expert care that you have received at Capital Family Practice. To schedule an appointment call Prima Medicine at 703-870-3750. Prima Medicine is located at 3903 Fair Ridge Drive, suite 218, Fairfax, VA 22033. I look forward to seeing you there.

 

From 06/18/2020 to 07/07/2020 Dr. Curtis will be available by phone for urgent medical problems by calling 703-352-0500. For true emergencies call 911 and go to the nearest emergency room. For routine matters, please contact Dr. Curtis at Prima Medicine after 07/07/2020.
